The impressive 39-storeys office building is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road with strikingly beautiful aesthetics that make it stand out amongst other buildings in this prominent district allotted for exclusive high-rise buildings. It is designed with finishes of an extremely high standard and thoroughly planned use of floor space featuring outstanding exterior views. The ground floor, mezzanine floor and the atrium are covered with a suspended wall glazing system. A unique feature of the building is an attractive design which incorporates a cast aluminium ‘Mashrabia’ external screen, with the design being mirrored internally to include timber screen elements within the entrance foyer, lift walls and mosaic flooring. The project also includes the construction of a multi-storey 16-levels car park structure to accommodate 307 vehicles.
