Hamilton Project Management (HPM) were appointed as the Project Management company in two “flagship” projects for a dynamic and innovative Client in Dubai. The first of these, a commercial tower of ground and 33 floors, was completed at the entrance to Business Bay. The tower structure consists of 3 basements, ground floor, 3 podium levels and 30 storeys of office space having a total built-up area of 77,003m2. A unique feature of this commercial tower is that the floor areas increase in size as the building rises, resulting from the tilted façades creating a majestic gateway for the Business Bay.
