Congo Trade Centre Headquarters - Kinshasa, Congo

The Congo Trade Centre Headquarter’s project is designed as an exceptional corporate and prestigious landmark complex located in Avenue de l’O.U.A within the Central Business District (CBD) of the capital Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The project encompasses two buildings joined together with a sky bridge and has a total built-up area of 42,600m².

One of the towers features a 5-Star Hilton Hotel with 248 keys, incorporating double-level retail space on the ground floor, a luxurious ballroom with pre-function areas, restaurants, bars, lounges, a swimming pool and a health club. The second tower comprises 16 floors dedicated for deluxe commercial offices and 5 separate floors dedicated for hotel guest rooms.
