Le Meridien Grand Towers - Ikoyi, Nigeria

This project was driven with a very precise aspiration, which is to create two 15- storeys towers comprising a landmark hotel tower and a residential tower in Lagos, Nigeria. Establishing itself as an iconic development in the skyline along the bay, the project is positioned in the heart of the prestigious Ikoyi Island to provide the most luxurious accommodation in the city with views from both sides of the towers overlooking the lagoon. The two towers, which are characterised by classical formal elements and layouts, are similar in their modern architectural expression but contain distinct façades. Adapting to the functions they house, the two towers sit on a podium that accommodates all the entrances, receptions, function halls, support services and amenities exhibited by this high-end complex.

“Le Meridien Grand Towers” has 271 suites divided into 5 different suite size categories: King Suite, Twin Suite, Suite, Diplomatic Suite and Visitors’ Guest Rooms that are attached to other suites. Additionally, there will be 46 smaller rooms that form part of the four suite types flanging the two west wings of the hotel, bringing the total number of keys to 317. The VIP floors and services will rival any world-class accommodation, thereby positioning “Le Meridien Grand Towers” as the foremost prominent accommodation in Lagos.
